A great way to build friendships, interact with others, and build a savings is to start or participate in an investment club. I am starting one, so I am busy compiling information. If anyone has ever started one or is running a successful one now, please give me some tips.

Want a $5 plasma television? Well all you have to do is be like Chandon L.Simms of Monroe, La. He went into a local Wal-Mart and changed out the the $984 price tag of a 42-inch Sanyo Plasma TV with a $4.88 one. Be warned; if you do this, you will probably be caught like Mr. Simms. Wal-Mart Loss Prevention occers witnessed the transaction and called the police.

When caught by police, Sims produced a receipt for a television purchased at a West Monroe store. Apparently, he was going to take back the one he purchased from that store and keep his $5 television. He was charged with felony theft. After jail and his legal fees, I don't think the $5 television was worth it.

Did Cameron snag an Angel? Cameron Diaz is named as the 'other woman' in divorce papers served to celebrity magician Criss Angel by his 'secret' wife. Criss denied a relationship with Cameron a month ago. He has been quoted at calling her 'amazing' and a good friend.

Mrs. Mindfreak, Joanne Sarantakos, apparently didn't believe that the relationship between her husband and Ms. Diaz was strickly plantonic because she hired a private investigator to follow the magician around. They married 5 years ago and kept it secret to boost his appeal to female fans.

Lindsey is finally the legal drinking age. Lindsey Lohan turned 21 today. Now she can go out to the clubs and drink....wait a minute. Haven't she been to rehab like 5 times? Nevermind.

I took two days of vacation this week and now it is almost over. Why I didn't take the entire week is beyond me? I would use my last day of freedom to spring clean the entire apartment. I still have assignments to turn in for my Management class and three articles to finish and submit. I think I need another couple of days.

I take the Management class from the same teacher as the Marketing class. When fall semester rolls around, please remind me to not take any more classes from this woman. She assigns work like her class is the only thing you have going on in your life. Every week there are like four assignments plus a quiz for each of her classes. Not to mention the other three classes I am currently taking. Anyway, I need to get started on something. See ya.
